But the truth is, you are human. So, stuffing your emotions has only caused you to reach a point where you feel lonely, exhausted, and overwhelmed.

No one sees how much you sacrifice every single day to provide and ensure that everyone else is taken care of and happy.

Hey, I’m Frida!

 

I was told that my voice was intimidating. So, I refrained from speaking in order to be liked.

 

With time, my strength dwindled and I was a full-on people pleaser who attracted abusive codependent relationships and faked a smile to hide her depression and anxiety.

 

I was constantly being taken advantage of and treated like a doormat. So, when I say "I feel your pain" I'm not exaggerating. And I'm here to tell you that there's light at the end of the tunnel.

FAQs

Q: I’m short on time. How can I fit this into my schedule?

 

A: I totally understand that you have a lot going on. That’s why I designed the course in a way that won’t require too much of a time commitment. Our live coaching calls are 45 minutes long and they will be at the same time on the same day of the week for the entire duration of the program. And the coursework you will complete independently will only require about 3 hours per week. You can spend as little as 20-30 min a day working on the content.

 

Q: Will there be support available when I have questions or get stuck?

 

A: In addition to our weekly coaching calls, I am available for email and chat support. Just send me a message when you need help and I’ll get back to you in 24 hours or less.

 

Q: I have an issue with procrastination. How can I keep from wasting my investment in the program?

 

A: One of the great parts about working with a coach is that we hold you accountable! You will be given the course schedule when you sign up and I will regularly check in with you in between our coaching calls to make sure you’re on track. This program will help you break free from your self-sabotaging patterns.

 

Q: How long will I have access to the course materials?

 

A: The program is only 6 weeks long, but you will have access to the course materials for life. So, you can always go back if you need a refresher.

 

Q: Do I need any special equipment?

 

A: Nope, just a steady internet connection! Our live coaching calls will be done through Zoom and you will be able to access the course materials through any phone, computer, or tablet that has internet access.
